Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

Standard Shipping (United States Only)

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $15

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Emporioo currently ships to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Emporioo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emporioo@commerx.shop. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
